Long Lines offers several different yoga practices for all skill levels. Guests are also welcome to explore the calendar for outdoor practices taking place throughout the spring. Learn more about yoga opportunities below.

Sarah Deming is a yoga instructor with a passion for life and guiding individuals of every skill level through impactful, heart-opening instruction.

Brenda Lussier
Brenda is a spirited and passionate Yoga instructor who caters classes to the individual, whether experienced or a first-timer.
Join her for Yin Yoga Mondays at 7:00 pm and Wake-up Yoga Saturdays at 9:15 am.

Michelle Vondrak
Michelle believes yoga is for everyone and strives to create a welcoming and peaceful space for her students.
Take part in a Morning Yoga session with her at 9:00 am every Wednesday.

Check-In
- Enter Long Lines Recreation Center from the 1st Floor parking lot entrance.
- Proceed up the ramp to the 2nd Floor.
- Proceed to the the Check-In Desk on the north end of the building.
