Single day summer camp sessions are available beginning in late July. Campers will experience climbing instruction, yoga, bouldering, climbing games, an introduction to rope climbing, and more.
Start the day learning about the background and basis of practicing yoga. Sessions include stretching exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation.
Introduction to Climbing
Campers can being their climbing experiences for the day on the auto-belay wall for an approachable start to the sport.
After a lunch break, campers will tackle a variety of climbing challenges and problems around the various bouldering elements in the gym.
